Franz Glacier Games
Saturday 19th October 2024, between the hours of 9.00am until 6.00pm
Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is hereby given that for the purpose of the Franz Glacier Games event, the Westland District Council proposes to close the following street to ordinary vehicular traffic indicated hereunder.
- Cowan Street, Franz Josef; from Franz Josef Highway (SH.6) to Cron Street
During the proposed period of closure access will be provided in an emergency.
Any person objecting to the proposal is called upon to lodge their objection and the grounds thereof in writing before Friday 4th October 2024 at the office of the Westland District Council, 36 Weld Street, Hokitika.
