The results of the Northern Ward by-election were confirmed on Monday 20 February 2023.
Patrick Phelps was declared elected after receiving 347 votes. Over 1000 residents voted in the by-election with a return rate of 41.81%.
"We would like to thank everyone who put their names forward to fill the extraordinary vacancy left by the resignation of Ian Hustwick," says Chief Executive Simon Bastion. "Our thanks also goes out to all the residents who took the time to vote."
