Thefts of safety signs around the area between Ross and Kumara is creating a significant risk to road users as the weather gets colder. Around 12 signs put up by Council contractors to indicate areas that experience slippery or icy conditions have been stolen recently.
This has been reported to the Police and we welcome information from anybody who has seen or knows anything that might lead to the return of these signs and the arrest of the culprit.
