Residents and road users are advised that a section of the road corridor outside 40 Hokitika–Kaniere Tramway will be subject to temporary closure between 19 and 26 August 2026, weather permitting.
The closure is required to enable Westroads to install a new water connection in the area.
Motorists are asked to follow all traffic management signage and allow additional travel time while the work is underway.
We thank the community for its patience and understanding while these works are completed.
