The Draft Long Term Plan 2021 – 2031 is available for public feedback from 9am, Monday 10 May 2021. Here you'll find all the information that you need to make an informed submission on the content of the plan.

We are asking the community to consider options for the following topics:
- Is our Uniform Annual General Charge set at the right level?
- Should we transfer ownership of our elderly housing portfolio to Destination Westland?
- If we should invest in further improvements to the Hokitika Centennial Swimming Pool?
We are also interested to hear your thoughts on whether we should adopt a policy on Rates Remission – Adverse Possession, and what you would like to see happen in the future at the Pakiwatara Building, Cass Square and Hokitika Racecourse.
