Special meetings may be called pursuant to a resolution or a requisition in writing delivered to the Chief Executive stating the time and place of the meeting and the general nature of business.
In accordance with Standing Orders, Ordinary Council meetings or workshops are open to the public to observe unless the meeting is public excluded. If you wish to speak at the public forum section of an ordinary Council meeting, then please fill out the details below.
