Property files

If you are purchasing a property, WDC offers a Land Information Memorandum (LIM) service. Please apply for LIM's here.

If you would like to review a Property File, these are available at 36 Weld Street, Hokitika. There is a charge for access to Property Files.

Owners of property in the district can request that our Property File on their property be kept private, and not publicly available by clicking on the link here.

Coming soon

We are planning on digitising our Property Files and making them available through an online process.  The digitisation of files takes time and this facility will become available as files are scanned.
